Association Of Digital Art And Media - DW Director James Oliverio awarded the cash prize of $1,000 to the duo, whose web design showed a number of technological and design enhancements that will be created this semester for the ADAM site. The second prize award went to the team of John Regan, Matthew Everhart and Steven Corenzo for their excellent work in creating their proposal. ADAM is a student organization whose purpose is to provide both a professional and social outlet for UF students engaged in the creation of diverse digital media, ranging from video games and interactive designs to 3D computer animation for feature films. Download the plugin here A New Design for ADAM Posted February 6th, 2006 The Association for Digital Arts & Media (ADAM) and the University of Florida’s Digital Worlds Institute (DW) hosted an Awards Ceremony at the DW REVE on February 1, 2006. Student teams showed their conceptual designs for an update to the ADAM Website before an enthusiastic audience of ADAM members and UF students. A team of Celebrity Judges consisting of Digital Media Producer Joella Wilson, Education Technology Professor Richard Ferdig, Computer Science Professor Benjamin Lok, Digital Media Specialist Patrick Pagano and UF Webmaster Mark Trammell reviewed the student proposals at the event. The winning proposal was made by the team of Josh Greenberg and Andres Barreto. 1.
