The Thousand Oaks Art Association is an organization that supports member professional artists, providing them with opportunities for exhibition, peer association activities and artistic growth. Mr. James is famous for his amazing works with the new synthetic paper known as YUPO As Professor of Art Emeritus at California State University, Fullerton , he has had the privilege and opportunity to experiment with this new media sub-straight and take many prestigious awards with the results. His work can be seen at www.georgejameswatercolor.com The workshop will be held at the Thousand Oaks Community Gallery on Borchard Road, Newbury Park on February 2nd thru February 5th from 9am to 3pm. This four day workshop will be intensive and informative, plus lots of fun. Beginning painters in all media, as well as us "oldies, but goodies" are invited to try our hand at this new material.
