My name is Max Rence and I live and work in Leipzig.
Art by German artists has become increasingly popular internationally.
And my hometown, the eastern German city of Leipzig, is becoming more and more one of the epicenters of contemporary art beside London, New York and Berlin.
To paint is for me such as an escape. Then I forget the stress and the problems around me.
I love to play and to experiment with the paints, gels, metals, sand and other interesting materials.
As I don't want to affect the viewers fantasy, I give my works of art no title.
Each artwork is hand painted with premium acrylic colours and other mediums.
The canvas is stretched over wooden stretcher bars.
The sides are painted and without stables.
